Associate Attorney - Litigation/Creditors' Rights

A well-established national law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Plano, Texas office. This role is part of a high-volume litigation practice supporting creditors' rights matters and offers consistent workflow, structured training, and long-term stability.

Responsibilities

  • Handle litigation matters including contested issues, motions, and hearings
  • Manage assigned case files from inception through resolution
  • Draft pleadings and court filings
  • Appear at hearings as needed
  • Work within established processes alongside experienced support staff

Qualifications

  • Active Texas bar license in good standing
  • Litigation experience preferred, but open to candidates coming out of clerkships or related practice areas
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage volume
  • Interest in a fast-paced, process-driven litigation environment
