Associate Attorney - Litigation/Creditors' Rights

A well-established national law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Plano, Texas office. This role is part of a high-volume litigation practice supporting creditors' rights matters and offers consistent workflow, structured training, and long-term stability.

Responsibilities

Handle litigation matters including contested issues, motions, and hearings
Manage assigned case files from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings and court filings
Appear at hearings as needed
Work within established processes alongside experienced support staff

Qualifications

Active Texas bar license in good standing
Litigation experience preferred, but open to candidates coming out of clerkships or related practice areas
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage volume
Interest in a fast-paced, process-driven litigation environment
